Who says you can't turn your old Pocket Watches into Beautiful Gents Wristwatches - This is a wonderful way to turn your old solid gold pockets into something else instead of scrap metal.. The strap loops were made from left overs of an old gold curb necklace(stretched and rounded) Gold doesn't mind being stretched, in facts its kinda eye pleasing to watch.
The 8.6 written on the inside is the weight of the gold case in grams - because before its transformation, it too was bound for the scrapping.
Thats a beauty. I have a 14K pocket watch I was wondering what to do with.
Yeah it s a great idea and even better if you have a single dial as you can turn to face the right way
