War Rock

War Rock is a multiplayer first person shooter free to play game that was launched in 2007. It is a global game developed in South Korea. It has many maps, small like in Counter Strike, and big with tanks and other vehicles. The game currently can be downloaded from PapayaPlay.
It's graphics is not as good as new games, but it runs good even on older computers.
The warrock guns economy:
The default guns are free, but if you want to get new guns, then they can be rented for a week or a month with in game currency Dinars(that are earned in the game), or gold(that is bought for real money).
There is also premium account that can be bought for real money. Premium account gives more experience, dinars and access to premium weapons and items.
Standard account has 4 slots for items: hands/knife, secondary firearm, primary firearm and item slot based on profession.
Premium accounts has 2 more slots: additional primary firearm slot and additional item slot for bandages/mines and similar items that can be rented.
There is also special slot 8th exist. Sometimes, it's possible to buy an 8th slot (primary firearm) gun that stays with the account for sometime or forever.
When the game was sold in stores (in 2007) - Retail version had one of the guns 8th slot code. Target had AI-AW for Sniper, Best Buy - M60 for assault, Walmart - G36C_D for Engineer, Gamestop - M134 for Heavy, Amazon - Famas. Some other items were included for other professions, like smoke grenades and second medkit for medics were in retail version.

The game has simple interface and easy to understand. It's also fast paced, you can roll with a gun in hand.
There are many game modes: CQC- close quarter combat, PvE - fight vs zombies, Battle Group - big maps that have vehicles that you can drive (tanks, planes, helicopters, Humvee, motorcycles, etc.)
In CQC most play as Assault because they have good guns like assault rifles. But Medic is also popular because she can heal yourself, not only others.
PvE is similar to CQC because of small maps, but there are healing stations that can heal anyone.
In Battle Group Snipers are popular because of big distances. Heavy Troopers are good too, to destroy vehicles. There are healing and repair/healing station for players and vehicles.
There are 100 levels. Each new level are continually longer to reach and they give some small rewards like dinars or rented guns.
Because the game is old there were many hackers. I hope new technology will help against hackers.
I like this game for ease of use, good gameplay and variety of guns.
