Violence

The areas Kensington & Factreton in the Western Cape, had been quiet for some time, with gang warfare unfortunately only affecting other areas on the Cape Flats. Last week, gang violence flared up in Factreton and there has been shooting ever since, with one dead so far. Rival gangs start early in the morning and continue again late at night, so people are living in fear again and are being held hostage as they cannot be free in their own areas .
