He took out Gadaffi, Libya is in a shambles, he continued that madness in Afghanistan, bailed out the banks, drone strikes in Yemen, hung out and gave money to the Saudis, never closed Guantanamo, never charged Bush with war crimes, never really resolved them mystery around his birth certificate. Threatened folks with drone strikes, I'm not too sure about the legacy. If anything, Trump is falling in line.
