First I would like to state that I am learning Remote Viewing, but information shared here is from a very experieced and highly accurate remote viewer.*
In case you are not fmiliar with remote viewing, it was developed by the military during the cold war as a scientific way of gaining information about targets which little is known about. It was highly effective, but disbanded after the collapse of the soviet union.
Whilst the future is not set in stone, there is a most likely future. If somone makes a different choice at one of the decision-making points between now and the given future date, it may result in a different future .
