Just curious as to which country has the best special forces unit?

This is not really post per say, but i was was having a discussion with some friends of mine, over which country has the best special forces unit. Now some my friends said it is the United States of America with the world wide known Navy Seals.

These guys receive extensive training in ways are rated some of the best soldiers in the entire world. Now some of other friends stated that every special forces unit out there has gained most of the ideas for their training from the Bristish special forces SAS. These fellow receive ridiculous training and are also trained in various forms of espionage for certain special missions behind enemy lines.

The next group were the SSG from Pakistan, who based their training of both above special forces and added their own little spice of extensive water training and terrain travel. Not much is really known about them, but they have cooperated with the above forces in some operations .
