RE: Post-9/11 Wars Cost the U.S. Nearly $6 Trillion ($14 Trillion with Interest)
$6 Trillion is GROSSLY UNDERSTATED.
There is documentary evidence that adds more HUGE tranches in the trillions:
1) + $6.5 Trillion:
ArmstrongEconomics.com: Defense Department Missing $6.5 Trillion up from $2.3 Trillion in 2001 (i.e., what Donald Rumsfeld had confirmed on Sept. 10, 2001), https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/world-news/taxes/defense-department-missing-6-5-trillion-up-from-2-3-trillion-in-2001/

$6.5 TRILLION MISSING FROM DEFENSE DEPARTMENT
2) + another $10 Trillion (estimated):
People always forget that it has been proven that as of to 2017 another $21 Trillion dollars is missing from the US government, specifically from the Department of Defense (DOD) & Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Now, while I don't have the exact breakdown between the DOD and HUD, you can still see that there is easily $10 Trillion attributable to DOD missing funds. But probably the figure is north of $15T. But let's keep the estimate of an addition $10 Trillion of spend (or lost) money by the Military.
I have also documented these figures along with qualitative data in my post The US Government Lost $1.2 Trillion In 2017 + $250 million per day since September 11, 2001.
So, to sum up at least what is documented with evidence:
$22.5 Trillion
($6 Trillion + $6.5 Trillion + $10 Trillion)
So let's put a more real perspective on things.
Damn... that is pretty nuts. I forgot about the Rumsfeld missing $2. trillion on Sept 10, 2001. Nice distraction the next day for people to forget about that money... :/ I didn't know about the rest. Thanks! Interest payments on $22.5 trillion must get near $50 trillion over the next 30 years... youch. Unpayable debt... crash... world economic crisis looming...
Indeed. The currency has now gone vertical, if you know what I mean. Watch our fellow Canadian Rob Kirby explaining this (along with some big ass ugly skeleton monsters the Fed has lurking in the dark):
BTW, love your daily posts and think you bring out amazing contents day in and day out. Bravo! A short while back re your post on human trafficking in Montreal, it seems that you are also a native of the city from La Belle Province? You still live there? I am in China since 2008. (and miss poutine like crazy!)
