So dude man was a prison guard or some other kind of worker so part a bifurcated consciousness where they get to leave the cage at the end of each day, but they must help manage and control the plebians caught up in the system, and examples from the patriction classes that wasn't lucky nuff to avoid the cage. Dude is accuesed of smuggling in 20 phones/sim cards and some pot and other spices. Sounds like this chattel doesnt really harm anyone and one would wonder how prohibiting this stuff and making their own inarceration workers turn into criminals (which maybe helps their bottom line if they can turn the sheep herders inta sheep.

Dude was tackled by a Deputy Governor whatever that is after refusing to discuss the matter with him and fleeing. The paper asserts the contrand may have been worth as much as 100,000 pounds on the prison black market, which is sad since phone so cheap these days and doesnt sound like it was many many pounds of dope.
