Was just discussing this with my husband. We were reading the stories on ourrescue.org and it is just sickening. The more light that is shone on darkness the better!
My idea was just that no transplant should be done unless provenance of the genetic material can be proved, in order to prevent illegal organ harvesting, and the same registry can also be used to track trafficked sex slaves, to help prove they are trafficked, and extract them from their torment.
