Guess who gave nuclear technology to North Korea?

As I am writing this story, tensions on the North Korean peninsula are rising quickly. So, how did we get to this point? How did a hermit kingdom get this dangerous technology?
Well, we can thank the idiotic Jimmy Cater and Bill Clinton for this transfer of technology. Back in 1994 when the US was dealing with North Korea's saber rattling, Bill Clinton sent Jimmy Carter to North Korea to broker a deal for peace. The deal consisted of two nuclear reactors and 5 billion dollars in aid. That's right, to stop N.K. from developing nuclear weapons, we gave them nuclear technology and money. You have to love the irony in the complete stupidity of our leaders! And, to put the cherry on top, Carter got the Nobel Peace Prize for this deal. Now here we are years later still dealing we this lunatic that has armed himself to the teeth. So, if we go to war with N.K. remember how we got here. We young men and women from America are dying for this war remember the idiots that got us here! Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton will have this blood on their hands!
