I don't know for sure definitely in the 20's. Usually isn't a problem for me but got my gloves all wet when I was climbing the hill. My wife wasn't dressed warm enough and the were kids like ice.
We didn't get out for the walk until the sun was setting so all the warmth it had to offer was already spent.
Despite the cold, it seems like everyone had fun.
