Many people like to grab a friend and stroll around our little town. The population is probably geting close to 650 people.
In a small community like this, opinions may differ, however when push comes to shove we all take care of each other.
This is a little free food stand for anyone that might be hungry. A nice gesture for someone that may be needing a pick me up. Since it takes about an hour to walk the whole town.
One of the abandoned houses on the walk. Surprisingly these places are no longer inhabited but still standing.
Another old place that is probably filled with neat stuff.
Oh look! Chickens live nearby. You know I can’t resist a good chicken sighting!

Walk-abilty is so important to community health. Where I'm from most people live out in the county so it's impossible to walk to most businesses unless you plan on staying overnight. Most of the little country stores are long gone, and even then there are no side walks or shoulders.
We roll up the sidewalks at 5 sharp every day. No exceptions. Not much here, but it’s nice to have other people around. Hope you are doing well my new friend. Thanks for coming by. 🐓🐓
