People are optimistic to see negative things as something that happens because of a less wise way of life and wrong mindset. Use the same perspective in order for you to see good and bad events by being optimistic. In the face of a difficult situation, try to see the positive side. For example: when you have to make a presentation, instead of complaining about being given responsibility, use this task as an opportunity to show dedication and work ethic to your boss. Think of positive things as something permanent in everyday life. This method makes you more energetic while working. Research shows that optimistic people get higher test scores to measure success and self-perception. You will more easily realize the weakness of yourself if you have a more positive self-perception.
