Daily Dose of Sultnpapper 07/17/18> #wakeupamerica… it really is time.

in #wakeupamerica6 years ago (edited)

I don’t recall exactly how long ago this was popular but I know at one time it was; zombie apocalypse. If my memory is correct I think it was a movie, but for a long time people would be saying things like there will be a zombie apocalypse some day. Folks, we have been living those days for years but when you are the zombie it is hard to realize it.

Yesterday right here I informed you all about civil asset forfeiture and just how it takes place here in the USA and how the highway robbers in a lot of the cases end up getting a big share of the loot from the gang bosses, also known as the Department of Justice. A more accurate name for that agency would be the Department of Injustice, because that is what takes place more often than not when that agency is involved in any situation.

Today I want to crack open the smelling salts and see if I can’t wake up a few zombies and help restore them back to life. Don’t stop reading right here, I know that you aren’t the zombie, but just in case you know some, it won’t hurt for you to know this too.

There are a lot of zombies that run afoul of the highway robbers (police) and those highway robbers think that with their gun and badge that they are pretty much invincible. They also assume that everyone not in law enforcement is a zombie to one degree or another, and zombies don’t have a clue when it comes to law and how the law works. This gives the police a great advantage in their mind for just about any situation.

I can tell you right here and now that most police officers are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. In most cases, but not all, they were hired for two reasons. They tend to be folks who follow orders and have a chip on their shoulder for one reason or another. The police departments like having those type people on their staffs that exhibit those two traits, the head honchos of the departments don’t want people who can think and reason things out.

There are a couple different types of immunity that covers the police while doing their jobs which makes them feel that they can do as they please, your rights won’t stand in the way of them guzbucking you. The governmental immunity they have comes with conditions and very often they are doing things that are outside those conditions. So while they think they are protected from being sued for “doing their job” in civil court, that just isn’t always the case.

False arrest is a big problem and happens very frequently when police arrest people by issue of an arrest warrant. Most arrest warrants are not done properly, lack proper legal signatures and seldom ever are accompanied with the necessary sworn affidavit that the warrant is supposedly issued under.

#wakeupamerica your freedom and liberty is being stolen from you more and more each day, start reading and learning the legal system. Don’t depend on what you think you know, the people who taught you what you know never gave you the truth. Also if you think that because you can afford an attorney you have a no need to learn, think again: they are all playing the game for the same corporation. Kind of like the Harlem Globe Trotters and the Washington Generals play basketball games, you know who wins before you go, but all the players get paid no matter what.

I will continue this in another Daily Dose, in the mean time; wipe the sleep from your eyes and #wakeupamerica.

Until next time,
@sultnpapper

The best way to protect yourselves is to be informed. This means you need to study a bit of the law in order to understand what your rights are. No matter where you live you need to know this because someday it just might save your bacon. No pun intended...

This excellent post was included in the latest issue of The Inbox Runneth Over. Stop by when you have a minute and see what else I found along the trail. Your companions here are all interesting in their own way, and your support for this project and especially its occupants would be very much appreciated. Thank you for everything. Have a lovely day!

P.S. I also sent a little top-up for your Dustsweeper account ... so I can continue upvoting you with my little accounts. Always thinking ahead!

Thank you so much, I always keep up with my dustsweeper , I am a firm believer in that, so it is much appreciated.

It almost sounds like (and this is also responding to the referenced post) that the only way around it is really just not to carry cash at all. Or be part of the population that this is not targeted to (because from what I understand, they seem to disproportionately target certain groups of people or certain areas). Could be a crypto advertisement haha....

#hideyourcash

i can't really say that they are targeting one in particular group unless you just want to consider being the drivers of cars a "group". I have had a deputy with the local constable's office tell me that they use traffic stops as a means to try and solve other crimes that take place in the area. If they can pull someone over then they can start questioning the driver and or passengers about other things which might lead to some leads or arrests.
When things are in place to give an incentive to them for confiscating items and cash they start getting real aggressive in how they go about doing it.

The topic of policing has always been a rough one.

A friend of mine was in america for a couple months a while ago and she really had a lot of fun stories related to this herself.

Hers were probably funny because her foreign accent mesmerized the cops, you very seldom have good come from having to interact with them in most cases.

One would assume that and one would be wrong. Her experience with the force was not that pleasant. Fun to me, yes, but absolutely not pleasant to consider-

Put me in the "wrong" category then.

At least it's possible for the americans to wake up. If you should check the news you will be glad that your police force is nothing like what we experience here.

You talk of warrants, here you are picked up and sometimes beaten for just wearing a particular haircut or seemingly looking suspicious.

I believe that amongst those that truly turn the law enforcement to a shithole, there are the pleasant few who somehow enjoy being silenced or overpowered by the greedy nonchalant majority.

so to your hashtag permit me to add #wakeupnigeria

There is no need to check the news, the news doesn't report news any longer, it reports what they are told to report. We also have plenty of people who are picked up and taken in for "looking suspicious" as well and held for two or three days while the police try and figure out a crime that they can charge them with.
Help yourself to the hash tag, we might someday need a #wakeupworld one to go along with the rest of the country specific tags.

while the police try and figure out a crime that they can charge them with.

This really cracked me up.

The world will get better, that is one fact I am sure of.

It happens. I have a nephew that has spend two days in jail before because he told a cop he didn't want to answer any of his questions and my nephew refused to identify himself to the cop. He was doing nothing but walking down the street heading to a friends apartment to play video games.
The nephew was correct, by law he didn't have to answer those questions because the cop couldn't tell him what crime he was suspected of. Most people just give their I D card to the cops and answer the questions , so cops have it their mind that if you won't you must have done something wrong.
