Another area to slap is your face and head ~ Great for waking up the mind ~ But then your colleagues may really think you're losing it.

Something else to wake up the body ~ And not disturb anyone around you, is to pull your hair. It hurts at first but after a while you experience it more as a tingling sensation and it's great for clearing the head.
