man surfing (and wakeboarding) is just one sport I never got any good at, I can snowboard and skate but I spent a lot of time when i lived in california trying to surf and its just not for me :p i'm jealous!
haha it took me a while to be able to do it, more so for wakeboarding, that pissed me off at the beginning, as I could snowboard also but just couldnt get to grips with wakeboarding.
Wake surfing is more fun as you are almost guaranteed not to hurt your self too haha.
Why on earth did you leave Cali?? LOVE that place, got married out there last year
