One sign that you are wearing too much makeup or your makeup is a bit too heavy is when you see makeup smears everywhere like on your palm, on your phone, on your wine glass when you take a sip and on your teeth. Red lipsticks does this a lot when you apply too much of it. It also messes up people cloth or face when you give them a hug or a peck.

2. PRODUCT GETS EXHAUSTED QUICKLY.

Another sign you apply too much makeup is that your makeup products get exhaused too quickly. It is common and normal for a lady to retouch or reapply her lipstick like four or five times a day but when your makeup products like your foundations, eyeliner, mascaras etc gets exhausted just within a month, then its a sure sign you are overusing your makeup.

3. YOU CAN'T STAY BAREFACED.

There is a very huge chance you are overusing your makeup if you are not confident with your natural or bareface. This means you always have to apply makeup no matter where you are going to or how important the place. Some ladies will still have makeup on even when they are going no where the whole day.

4. PEOPLE DON'T RECOGNIZE YOU.

Another unfortunate sign you are wearing too much makeup is if people don't recognize you when you don't have your makeup on. If you are the type that always have makeup on whether you are going out or you are at home, your friends will get use to the makeup face and they can't remember the last time they saw you without make up.

Another sign you always go heavy on your makeup is by how much time it takes you to wear your makeup. It takes some ladies about 30 whole minutes to wear their make up and they end up going late to where they are going to. If you fall into this category, the solution is not waking up earlier to do your makeup but going easy on your makeup.
