MONDAY: A POSITIVE ATTITUDE THAT COMES WITH IT
Good day, every one even this evening because we have the power to decide to be happy or angry at any moment!
The secret is facing our day with Positive Attitude!!
But how is it possible to find the right attitude on Monday?
Monday is the beginning of a new and long week, we return to the daily routine interrupted by the weekend.
And every 7 days we take all our frustrations on this single day of the week.
Can there be a way to better cope every Monday?
It's not about visualizing positive things or finding karma, but something to do with practical.
So, what's this Monday secret?
We usually think of Monday as the beginning of a new cycle of suffering, but we must begin to give it a positive touch!
Create a new positive habit, that of Monday.
It does not matter which habit it is. We need a habit that allows us adapting to a positive state of mind.
We do not need special and complicated things. Something simple to do that we cannot find excuses for not doing it.
One thing we never do during the rest of the week and that can become a Monday exclusive.
Do you already have any ideas?
Perhaps a special breakfast that we allow ourselves only on Mondays or a trip with friends, in short, something that makes it more bearable to face the first day of the week.
It seems incredible and yet within a few weeks our mind will associate a positive and pleasant feeling with the arrival of Monday.
In short, if we can change our negative expectations regarding Monday, besides improving the day, we will also positively influence the rest of the week.
And here comes the speech on the Attitude:
it all depends on our Attitude.
So if we associate Monday with stress and negativity we choose to tackle it in the wrong way and everything will be heavy.
Just a few little tricks to ensure a pleasant Monday and therefore every day of the week.
Now Science also confirms it, according to Barbara Fredrickson of the University of North Carolina, happiness can be "trained" just like the muscles in the gym.
An experiment conducted on a group of volunteers through a daily meditation exercise focused on thinking positively to one of their loved ones and subsequently extended to those people who are associated with negative feelings.
After a period of 7 weeks with a daily training of a few minutes, the participants showed that they had reached higher levels of joy, hope, gratitude and even better relationships with others.
These positive changes continued for a few days even after the end of therapy.
In short, we just have to organize our next Monday by finding something to do that makes us smile only at the thought.
For example, this morning my daughter went to school happy and without fuss, because after school she goes to a classmate's birthday party, and her euphoria and excitement started already at the weekend, positively infected the whole family.
And next Monday? Fortunately, there are many friends.
