FINDING HAPPINESS IN THE RAREST CIRCUMSTANCE

The human being is subject to an endless number of rules, parameters and obligations that are fixed before our birth. We must be born, live and die, that is the law of life as simple as that.

But the system that has imposed 75% of humanity contemplates another type of obligations where already born and live is not enough, you need other types of things such as: Go to school, Go to college, get a job, have a house, a family, work and work.

"Do not take it wrong, it's very important to study, have a job and why not, a big family."
The problem is when society tries to control our way of life and somehow they have the power to say that it is good or bad.

WILL YOU CONSIDER HAPPY PERSON?
If so, what is the reason? To his family, his work, or his religious beliefs? Maybe they think they'll be happy when they graduate, find a good job or buy a new car. Many of us feel a degree of happiness when we reach a goal, goal or obtain something we want.

BUT HOW LONG IS THAT HAPPINESS?
In most cases, there is little or no hard work, which can be frustrating for many. Happiness has been described as a more or less continuous sense of well-being, which can range from personal satisfaction to deep joy and naturally nobody wants it to end.

Then we could say that happiness is not a Destiny but a Way.

To understand it better, I have taken as an example; Happiness with Health If we want to have good health, we must live a healthy lifestyle, taking care of our diet and exercising. Similarly, happiness is the result of following a good amino in life.

We must be happy with what we have and be generous with life, we must know how to love and forgive having a life with purpose and hope.

LOVE IS A HUMAN NECESSITY
Love is essential for our mental health and our happiness. But what love are we talking about?

Perhaps romantic love, which of course is very important, but we go further, that superior love that makes us show sincere interest in the welfare of others to the point of sacrificing for them.

It is a love that is governed by principles of honor, but that does not mean that we are blind to the reality that surrounds us.

"Love is long-suffering and kind, that love that we give will never fail, it will always exist, it can be made even stronger with the passage of time.

In life there are unique moments that fill our life with unique feelings that make you vibrate and generate in you the sensation of freedom, and love for the little things that life gives you.

At a certain moment we focus on the material and we forget that this world has much to offer us and we lose time within that world full of duties and occupations that invade every second of our lives, that drown us and do not allow us to embrace that small gift that It's life.

When we are children, we create in our mind a universe of fantasy that surrounds everything around us, we smile with whatever it is, we see the positive side of everything, we have a heart so pure that the word evil is not in our dictionary.
