Madefax in emotional issues :FRUSTRATION IS NOT A WAY OF LIFE

Your life should not be based on physically downtrodden efforts alone, cos if it is! You will easily get frustrated when things don't go the way you want it.
Think both negative and positive, but act positively and always expect positive feedback! Also prepare for the otherwise so as not to end it badly if reverse is the case.

Frustration is a when someone's effort is chattered, and not allowed to be fruitful.

This has caused lots of people to misbehave and commit sin in the course.
So many people have committed suicide as a result of frustration, that they felt is beyond their control, and they wish to end it all.

So many have committed murder when frustrated by another person, and in the course they wanted to get out of it, but made a mistake of killing someone, been disturbed and confused.
There have been cases of husbands killing the wife due to frustration, wife stabbing te husband or poisoning one another as a result of frustration.

A leader can be frustrated while leading people that doesn't share the same vision with him, and keeps complaining at every action of the leader. Example is Moses in the Bible, he was frustrated because he taught children of Isreal should have been more enlightened about God, but they still murmur at all times, so he was frustrated when they requested murmured for water instead of them to pray to God, and ask Moses politely for water! But they rather complain and pushed him to frustration.
*A follower also can be frustrated, if the leader dosent see anything good about the followers efforts, and keeps condemning the activities of the follower.

*Delayed request can cause frustration. When one makes a request that he is expecting good returns from the request, which is not even forthcoming, it will lead the expectant to be frustrated.

*Believing in a course, and your expectations are not achieved, frustration sets in, and such person will loose trust and hope in the course! And these can definitely lead the expectant astray to practice another course that will even not in nature be of help to him/her as well.

Betrayed trust can cause frustration. When you place so much trust in someone, and can even vouched for such person anytime anyday as regards so sensitive issues, and you later discovered that the huge trust you have placed on the person is betrayed, this makes you loose trust in anyone, and probably resolves in frustration.

Frustration is bad, killing and easily destroys one's destiny and chatter dreams and Aspirations.
Frustration makes one looses his/her integrity, and never be trusted by anyone because of misbehaviour, as a result of frustration.
Even it's beyond circular life alone, but got extended too to the religion part. Pastors get frustrated when prayers delayed, and go after fetishism. Impatience is the end point, and due to this, people have gone far beyond what they can comprehend.

It is evident in all sectors and spheres of life, as we all need the grace of God to overcome frustration! Ask for the grace to do things right at its season, so as not to get frustrated.

I pray for you that the grace of God and enablement to overcome any form of frustration, almighty God will release to you in Jesus name, amen.
