Lots of youths are not ready to work hard any longer. They have imbibed the ideas of making it through unwholesome means that those who called themselves leaders have visited on this nation. Whether in education or other endeavor, they are not ready to run through the established way of working hard to make it. They commit fraud, kill and kidnapping, rob people in other to make it in life.
As a young boy, I used to be surprised in those days, when we get to talk about issues concerning Nigeria ,I don't see young men who are ready to serve to serve the country meritoriously. They profess that if they ever make it unto any high office in Nigeria, they are going to dip their hands in the proverbial cookie jar. Everywhere I turned, the profession is the same.

I just saw that the problem of Nigeria is hydraheaded, it is multifaceted and multi dimensional .The insincerity on the part of those who called themselves leaders in Nigeria has made everybody to join the train if they cannot beat them.
When one is saying there is a hope for the country, he will make himself a laughing stock amoung those who have already sold their heart to the fact that the country cannot be good again. These set of people are in the majority. A good number of people have joined the bandwagon. This is very reason behind the corruption in the society.
Selfishness is behind the altitude that our leaders put up. You will see a man that can hardly feed himself step up into a councillorship position and in no time, he has bought everything on the surface of the earth.
He starts livi5in affluence and oppression those same people who voted him into power.
When punishment is to be meted out to an erring leaders, some sycophant gather together to protect him largely because of claims that he is from their own region.
Religion sentiment and tribal sentiment has finished the country. Why all those selfish and corrupt people found their ways into the Nigerian leadership is what I find difficult to understand.

WAYS TO CUB THE ROT THAT NIGERIA HAS BECOME

1 Give sound education to the populace and ensure high moral standard is upheld all over the nation 's school and college

1. It should become a capital offence for anybody to pocket public fund in any manner. Such violation of the law should be met with serious punishment.
2. All fraudulent activities in the school should be well punnished. Examination malpractice should be frowned at.
3. Before anybody can qualify to hold any political office, he/she should have their own jobs which they can rely on.
4. Legislators should be part time basis in Nigeria.
