Time calls (with analysis)

Time does run in in his majestic paces
Makes breasts' fine faces drop down low
Seven packs raised before, turn rough in faces
There's time for everything n' you'd believe me so.

Interpretation

I have learnt to always find time here no matter how busy I may be off steemit to explicate poems or any of my works that (seem) are complex to understand.

This poem is quatrain, a four line poem. It is in short telling about the reality about time and life.

With inferences drawn from the poem:

In the first line, "Time" is portrayed as a human being or a king or lord who works majestically because nothing can hurt him (it). For the reality is that, nothing or no one can go to time and beat it to stupor for being harsh or nice at any point in time. We all have histories right? We are embittered by some of them and joyful by some of them but these had happened in time and nothing can change them any longer but to remember them and reflect. For instance, one who lost someone in the past time would ever be sad about it and it happened in time. You cannot blame time or discipline it for allowing the pains to be. So, time is portrayed as an entity that allows whatever it sees fit and none can crucify him (it) for it.

The second line shifts attention to us humans more directly. It is normal for us to be born and grow and die yes? From infancy to old age right? There are a lot of processes and experiences that fall within though. The line reminds the females, the young ones to beware and stop being foolish as they could be because their "breasts" are still fine and standing still. It reminds them that this is for the main time, they will soon become swollen and ugly to view. Meaning, not even beauty lasts long. The same with the...

...third line which tells of the adventure of men to get 7 packs on their tummies, after getting it, in time, it will be of no use as it will be battered into nothingness when age tells on it. This is of less relevance too so they should halt being foolish and use time wisely for things that would last forever but that doesn't mean having 7 packs is a sin you'd grasp. Handsomeness is fain acquisition and nothing more.

The last line alludes to the book of the preacher or Ecclesiastes in the bible which emphasises that there is time for everything such as there is time to be born and there is time to die. There is time to give and there is time to receive and so forth.

So, what the poems tries to teach is to be conscious in life about life and not be like many who are fools thinking they are wiser (thinking everything will remain the same way) under the sun by taking note nothing lasts forever and use time to benefit the universe; that in time shall the future remember and need to emulate your own time for the sustenance of the universe for good.
