The pain behind the mask (smile); why can't any one see it?
The pain I try to hide with a smile
Acting cool with a smile 😃 on my face but deeply hurt inside
People judge by the outer appearance "everything is going on well, look at that smile, it's tells it all"
No one really care about the inner feeling 😪😑
Why can't anyone see the pain behind that smile?
Why do they get carry away and deceived by the smile?
Why are they too blind to see the pain I feel deeply inside?
Why can't they read that fade smile?
Why can't someone say to me
" there is something about that smile, it's isn't genuine, tell me what's behind it"
Why can't anyone see it? 🤔
