Be intentional about what you do

Don't do things because you are compelled to do them, but only do those things you intended to do.

Our world is producing less responsible people due to the fact that people are no more doing what they intended to do, but they will rather act on compulsion. No one can stand for his or her actions again because that was never what they intended to do.

Life's freedom is not enjoyed when you are asked or compelled or commanded to do things, but life is at its best when you do those things you deliberately wanted to do.

There are times we stretch ourselves, their are times we go beyond our limits, but it should all come as a result of us intended to stretch not under compulsion.
