They then went to Iconium, lystra and Debra. They then returned through peega to Antioch when they stopped in each city, they went to the synagogues to preach the coming of Jesus Christ the messiah as the fulfillment of the promise made in the old Testament.

The church in Antioch set apart Paul and Barnabas to engage in the work of the master imn the west. In the company of John mark, the pair set forth on their journey. Leaving from Seleucia Pieria, port city of Antioch. Their destination was the island of Cyprus, home of Barnabas (Act 4:36) and a large Jewish community.

ASIA MINOR:From Cyprus the three travelers set out for Asia Minor, Arriving at perga on the pamphlian coast.
