A leader who can communicate peacefully can control easily. A leader who can control easily can give orders wisely which refers to command and can lead effectively.

African leaders forget that, a leader are readers, leaders are heroes. Not to forget that a hero is a person who achieve an unforeseen objective. Being a good leader is not enough but being an effective leader is worth the struggle and persistence. Of course temptations and draw backs are bound to occur, overcoming them is one of the joys of being a leader.

A leader must be conscious that there are people looking up to him or her, a leader must be time conscious. As a leader the moment you start pleasing everyone, failure begins.
