Why Do You Love Playing Football?

..."Football is more than just a game if you ask Me".

Football is a game made with a spherical leather ball played by both gender (Male and Female) and consists of a team of 11 players each sides making it a total of 22 players. It is played on a field with shape of a square and with two goal post either made of iron bar or wooden bar, covered by a net in other not to allow the ball slip away when a goal is scored. The football game also know as soccer is played and viewed by millions of players in over 200 countries thereby making it the most popular sports on planet earth.

It has it rules and regulations which are subject to review if need be, however the aim of football is to score a goal and that means that the ball must be inside the net. The total time for the game is 90minutes, but its divided into 45minutes of each half, not including extra time. There are match officials who supervise the game to maintain law and other. They are

• the center referee
• two lines men
• other officials who oversees what happens outside the game.

I have been playing football from a very young age, from street football until i started playing for local club in my country here.

Because of the beauty, it dynamics and uniqueness of the game, it is loved, cherished and admired by many including my self. What makes you love football can be different from what makes another person enjoy it, this is due to our human perceptions to how we see things differently.

Below i will outline how and why i like to play football.

UNITY, PEACE AND LOVE.

Football if said is the number one promoter of
UNITY, PEACE and LOVE won't be considered as an understatement or overrated. It extremely visible and audible that football bring human beings together irrespective of their race, region or colour, in facts the governing board FIFA frowns at racism in football.

The world cup is a very good example worthy of emulation in the sense that people at the world support other countries if need be not minding if they are from that country or not.
Football viewing centres are not left behind, back here in my country the joy of watching the game of football cannot be explained by a sentence. Once a goal is scored you find your self holding hand, talking or even hugging a total stranger. I wish such love continues after the game. You can never take away the bond of Unity, love and peace the fans brings to the atmosphere.

FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION.

You do not need to go to a court to obtain permit to play football, neither do you need a visa to, across every streets in our country football is being played with freedom except you are not interested. By freedom of association football allows both genders (male and female) to participate actively without any gender feeling neglected, so i say it promotes gender equalities. Would you not rather be where you are celebrated, welcomed and loved ?

FORM OF EXERCISE .

Fitness, athleticism and body workout needed by human beings in our day to day life to stay fit and healthy are another benefits of playing football, aside playing for fun, you're also exercising and this should not be overlooked. The involvement of aerobics and anaerobic energy path ways improves muscle tone, lowers body fat, and above all cardiovascular health. So by implications if you play football you should be physically fit.

Remember that when you sweat you also remove waste and unwanted materials from your body, especially sugar level in your body which is not good to human.

This is my personal opinion on why i love to play football, if you have a reason why you love to play football i will like to know.
