NL2, AU1 and GB1 have changed datacenters

NL2 (Amsterdam, Netherlands) has migrated to another datacenter in Amsterdam. AU1 (Sydney, Australia) has migrated to another datacenter in Sydney. And GB1 (London, UK) has migrated to another datacenter in London.

The default OpenVPN and SoftEther configs of NL2, AU1 and GB1 (domain name based) were not changed, the configs based on IP were changed. Update it please.
