This also does not include using the names of deceased that have not been cleaned off the voter roles. I remember a lady called in to the Rush Limbaugh show and said she was there at the closing of the polls and workers grabbed the roles and went into the booths and cast votes for anyone that did not vote so if you choose not to vote it doesn't mean your name is being used by cheaters to cast a vote their way.
