Vonovia und die steigenden Mieten

Hier haben wir mal einen sehr konservativen Aktientitel, der recht umstritten ist.
Wenn der Gesamtmarkt fällt, sind diese Titel meist außen vor und bieten somit einen sicheren Hafen.
Die Hauspreise und Mieten steigen stätig und viele Menschen haben ersthaft Probleme dem nachzukommen.
Vonovia verwaltet rund 480K Wohnungen und die Gewinne steigen stätig.
Das billige Geld verstärkt natürlich die Situation und treibt den Mietspiegel weiterhin nach oben.
Modernisierung und anschließende erhöhung der Miete, wer kennt es nicht.

Hier habe ich mal den Chartverlauf und einen ungebrochenen Aufwärtstrend.
Die Stammdaten schauen auch recht solide aus, jedoch gibt es Aktienprofis, die sich da wohl besser auskennen als ich.

Für jeden der vielleicht Geld über hat, könnte somit seine teure Miete hedgen und somit einen Ausgleich schaffen.
Das das bei den meisten nicht zutrifft ist mir bewusst aber eine Moglichkeit ist es.

Was ist eure Meinung zu solch großen Wohnungsverwaltern, gibt es mehr Vorteile oder Nachteile.

When the market as a whole falls, these stocks are usually outside the market and thus offer a safe haven.
House prices and rents are rising steadily and many people are having problems meeting them.
Vonovia manages around 480K apartments and profits are rising steadily.
The cheap money naturally strengthens the situation and drives the rent index further upward.
Modernization and subsequent increase in rent, who does not know it.

Here I have the chart process and an unbroken upward trend.
The master data also look quite solid, but there are stock professionals who probably know more about it than I do.

For everyone who perhaps has money over, could hedgen his expensive rent and thus create a balance.
That with most this does not apply is conscious to me however a possibility is it.

What is your opinion to such big apartment administrators, there are more advantages or disadvantages.
