This idea that block oen cant do anything legally without asking regulatores is dangerous and stupid. did facebook ask washington DC before building facebook? hell no, and that would stifle all progress. People in DC think our current progress is too fast? No in fact without regulations humanity would be THRIVINg and self regulating itself with blockchain systems that woudl be MUCH more efficient than pen and paper governments
