RE: Vocab-ability Prefix–263 (ante__ = before) – A More Powerful Vocabulary (earn UpVotes with “Vocab Practice” exercise)

MY VOCAB PRACTICE:

  1. Antecedent:
After explaining the antecedent, Parker, already have five beers within 20 minutes plus one in his hand, stood on the torn tracks where it ended looked down the cliff's edge.

  2. Antechamber:
Parker, exiting the antechamber into the hall, caught sight of the clue his father had left for him within the picture depicting frogs gathering around a bright blue lake near the water's edge.

  3. Antedate:
Luka, pen and notepad in hand, entered the hall and asked, "Antedate the wedding is the delivery of the farm animals to Liver Port port, and we must get to the eye doctor before he closes?"

  4. Ante Meridiem
Pitching the rope over the cliff's edge ante meridiem, Parker repelled down without a care in the world but to get his marriage back on track by going to see the hidden one.

Good work!

But I must say, the convoluted plot of your story led my mind astray, such that, in my confusion, I had to imbibe over 5 beers to get my thoughts in order.

Thanks for that!!
