RE: Vocab-ability–77 (fin = end, limit) – A More Powerful Vocabulary (earn UpVotes with “Vocab Practice” exercise)
MY VOCAB PRACTICE
- Finite:
We have a finite time on this earth and I intend to live it out. - Infinite:
“An infinite amount of time could be spend attempting to right the wrong that has taken place on this night,” he said screaming at the vision. - Confine:
He could no long remain confined to the spot he sat. - Ad infinitum:
As he got up, the pain that shot down his legs seemed like it might go on ad infinitum.
Good work!
