    It's difficoult to analyse qualitative data regarding behavior of a population, without applying judgment and morality.

  2. Mandate
    Population living in said democratic countries have the mandate to vote once every 4 years, but don't get to express their voice in any other moment.

  3. Tradition
    Tradition and language represent the juice of the culture of each population: when those are lost, culture is forgotten.


Re #1, let's not forget that the votes don't really count for much anyway. And, sometimes, the counters don't count the votes. You can count on that!
