I think the English translation you made is good, I can understand the feelings in it. :) I especially like the 'remember:' part it is a good ending to it.
Thank you for reading my poem. I try my best to add more rhyme for every sentence , but it seems not fully satisfactory. Lol
Poems don't always have to rhyme; sometimes the best ones do not have a regular style.
It is true as well, speaking out your feelings is more important. ;)
