Another message to all Vietnamese users: Don't waste your upvotes

Hello Vietnamese community!
Today I will talk about another thing which is really important. There are lots of new users on Vietnamese community. And most of them don't know about upvoting on other posts.

There are few things people should learn while upvoting.

First advice: You shouldn't upvote everything you see
If you upvote, you can see your voting power is going down (as you can see on steemd.com/@yourname). Try to keep that percentage over 70% (keep it on 80% if you can).

Second advice: Never make your voting power over 90%
If you're not upvoting anybody, it means you're wasting your voting weight (money that you send per upvote). Because when you vote somebody, your voting power will go down, but it will go up when you're away from Steemit. And when your voting power is balance between 70-90%, it means you will send most valuable upvote (according to your voting weight) when you upvote somebody. And you will gain Steem Power when you upvote somebody.

Third advice: Try to upvote new posts
If you upvote in first 30 minutes after a post published, you will gain more Steem Power after you upvote. Try to upvote between 20th-30th minute.

Fourth advice: Only upvote posts that you really like
If you upvote posts that you like, you will encourage them too. Try to comment on their posts as well, comment what you think. They will write better posts if you encourage them.

That's all what you have to know about upvoting posts. Try to upvote common, but keep balance as well.
