It'll take ya just a bit to DESIGN your Bitmoji, then you simply download the app to whatever ya use and THEY create the little cartoons. 🤩
I would suggest SAVING the pics... ya never know when this service will no longer exist. The same company used to offer a comic-creating platform (that was SO COOL), but it just suddenly disappeared. 😕

(I also use Lunapic.com to shrink my bitmojis down to 150 pixels for comments. SO much more polite than screaming with a big one. 😉)
