RE: Road to 100000 Steem Power & Self-Improvement Log Day 120
Hey dude, just some friendly advice. I saw that you decided to give training a miss, I used to be all out training untill i experienced some life changes, but I still try to do what i can do.
Anyway, i used to find that if I had a day off from training, it would make me feel a bit lethargic, in the sense that I may have developed the thought to take a longer break than i should have. When i noticed the negative effect I decided to make a little change.
So i decided, in stead of having a rest day, i would make it a very light day. So i would practice on the little muscles, calves, forearms, wrists, ankles, neck and abs. So I'd pick two or three to work out a little, nothing heavy just fine tuning them. Then a bit of stretching the muscles that would ache from a few days before.
I found that it kept me in a routine and had an all round positive effect. I wouldnt feel lethargic and it developed the smaller muscles and joints.
So just a suggestion my friend. Take care.
Full STEEM ahead!
Who said or wrote that I skip training? You misunderstood what I wrote.
I workout 4 times per week, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday are days where I rest and I haven't missed a day in 5 months.
I don't give my feelings any value, I do my training if I feel like it or not.
