Thats awsome to go out! Then our mind experiences posititve experiences, which is also retraining it! our mind is conditioned from the past, so by doing different things and seeing that its fine and safe, retrains the sub coincious :)
Exactly! Part of the purpose of this Vlog is to help retrain my mind to look for the things I normally miss, and do the things I don't necessarily feel comfortable doing. Retraining my subconscious is at the top of my list. Tired of living in the rut, hehe.
