Very interesting and detailled video! That fading in the end was awesome. There were a lot of professional tips which I probably can’t use in my software yet but it’s good to know even today what is possible.
I’m looking forward to get Final Cut as I’m a Mac user. But at the moment I’m doing fine with iMovie. To be honest I have never looked into color correction or tried something out in this direction. I will play with the colors a little bit on my next videos. Time lapses are definitely a topic for me. Maybe if I find the time I will even try them out this weekend as I still have to figure out how the whole caputure process works on my camera.
Thanks Matthew, (How is your real name spelled?) You should look into "Hitfilm Express" it's free, powerful editing software and it works on Mac and Windows. I'm going to look into it some more and probably make a few videos on it as i'm sure many in the DTube Daily group also don't have access to high end editing software. Definitely try out some time lapses too, i'd love to see what you come up with!
