Zé Pedro was the frontman of a portuguese rock band called 'Chutos e Pontapés'.
He died November, 2017.
'Chutos e Pontapés' is a very important band in portuguese culture.
Metallica took the time to learn the song. This, to me, simbolizes the respect they have for other artists and our culture.
I could not help to feel emotional while hearing them play 'Minha Casinha' right before they payed tribute to Cliff Burton with 'Anesthesia'.
