Vlog #2: They Sent Me The Wrong Router Bit
Again not a very interesting week for me. However I did receive a package I've been patiently waiting for only to get the wrong thing. I want to now where you want to me to invest what I made on the last vlog, and want to remind you that I'm still rising money for Ed. Where are you koday? What country? I am also a Craftsman/Carpenter and new to Steemit. I'm in US. What router bit do you need?
I live in the US as well. This here is what I ordered, but they sent one with a 1/2" shank which like I said in the video does me no good. It's a good start, my vlogs seem to be boring and nobody watches them. At least you are trying mate
Yeah It can be tricky starting out. My tip to you would try to only use tags that are under the explore tab. These are tags that would make your content more likely to be seen. Also look for tags that apply that have fewer posts in them. Not as many people to fight with for attention.
Not many things are more infuriating than seeing eager anticipation being punished by incompetence that lies outside of our reach.
I feel you. How long do you have to wait for the actual bit?
I'm not sure yet. I was messaging them back and forth earlier, and the last thing I got from them was that they were afraid if they sent another it would get lost or damaged in over sea shipping, and that it would take 20-30 days. They ended by telling me they would like to give me a $5 refund instead, but I payed $15 for the bit. So I told them I wand a full refund or a new bit. That was the last I got from them 2 hours ago.
They better comply then. Sounds like some bullshit they are trying to pull on you.
Talked with them this morning they agreed on a full refund after trying to only refund $10
Looks like a nice router bit , shame they sent the wrong shank. It is a great thing you have setup for Ed, it could literally change his life. Yes I want to see all you woodworking projects. Keep it coming Man.
Yeah it is a nice bit just have to fight with the seller to get my money back or get a new one. They are in china so have to wait till tomorrow to talk to them again. There is a 12 hour time differance so it makes it hard
