Today's Vlog is a quick one featuring my Sicilian brother from another mother @joereali. And in this vlog, we talk about the importance of getting back into nature every once in a while.
In the fast paced nature of society that we get in, it is easy to succumb to the pulls and pushes of everyday things in our lives. However going back into nature can remind you to enjoy the simple things, let go of all thats going on around you and come back to being centered with one's self.

STOPBrother, I find it so important to reconnect with the nature! I meditate every morning and when you become mindful of your surrounding then you know how powerful nature actually is.
