Dtube Vlog 31 - Trying out some New Stuff at the Fitness Park
What's up Dtube,
It's time for another workout at the fitness park.
I filmed some standard progressions like the Human Flag and the Front Lever, but mainly I tried out some other stuff this time .
I love this place, you can be so creative and do a lot of stuff.
I hope you enjoy the video and find some inspiration to go out and do some sports.

Ich nutze da mehrere Quellen.
Momentan vor allem Youtube.
Da gibt es Anbieter wie ''suicidesheep'' oder ''nocopyrightsounds'' bei denen du lizenzfreie Videos runterladen und für eine Videos verwenden darfst.
Bei einigen Künstlern musst du eine Referenz mit angeben, dann passt das :)
Alles klar, werde ich machen hehe.
Dann trainier du aber auch weiter, damit wir das gleiche irgendwann mit 2 Fingern machen können ;-)

Are you practicing calisthenic dinamic movements? Try the muscle up 360, is a good movement for start off.
Normally I don't.
I just tried out something and it's funny.
I will see if I will implement more dynamic exercises into my workouts or not. :)
Focus is on normal exercises

Hey ich bin ziemlich neu aber ich hab jetzt auch vor ab und zu was zu schreiben ... auch über Calisthenics. Coolen Content, den du bringst. Was ich mich gefragt habe: Wäre es nicht vielleicht eine coole Idee, einen Calisthenics tag zu machen? Was hältst du davon? Oder ist das schon zu speziell?

Ich denke das ist zu nischig, da wird kaum einer nach suchen.
Vielleicht macht es ja irgendwann mal Sinn.
