Hey Luke, I've been to WDW many times, my parents spoiled me to the core. I was just there last May as a matter of fact. You have to do the following:

1. Soarin - best attraction in Epcot
2. Test Track - used to be better, but it's still good
3. Turtle Talk with Crush - really funny
4. The new Frozen ride
5. @patrickulrich mentioned cola club cook, that's ok, I suppose, it's taste testing sodas from all over the world, some are nasty.
6. Spaceship Earth is really cheesy, but you have to do it once.
7. Mission Space - has two speeds, slow and fast, pick the right one.
   and then the light show at, normally at 9pm on the lake is usually pretty good. It used to be called Illuminations, but I think they may have changed it up.

And, don't forget the food. The world showcase has many countries, all with exchange students from those countries working and for the most part, the food is very authentic.

Oh, and wear comfy shoes, lots of walking
