Japanese Complete Food 'COMP' - Product Review 📌

👉 COMP is a Japanese meal replacement similar to Soylent. During my visit to Japan last summer I tried this brand, and in this video, you'll see what my thoughts are.

 

I had a chance to meet up with the CEO of COMP, Yuta Suzuki. We talked for a quite some time and his vision on the topic of nutrition, and the future was very refreshing! I also interviewed Yuta Suzuki, but I have yet found a way to translate the video accurately. Which will definitely happen in the near future. So keep an eye out on this channel.

COMP is one of the few powdered version of complete food with such a smooth viscosity. It's remarkable.
