Hi there! With @freedomtowrite challenging me to vlog each day, I am really getting more perspecrive toward life to share.

I have been talking about limits and pushing harder, but are we limiting ourselves based on who we are around. Are we not getting healthy because of our friends. Are we not growing spiritually because of people around us. Are we becoming less ambitious, or just not wanting to alienate anyone or ourselves?

I encourage you to be the example! Be the trend setter. If you have goals, lead others while you are aiming for those goals! Be well.
