Sealant Removal, Stain, and Re-seal Concrete Floors

This beautiful two bedroom, two bath home in Yuba City, California was purchased with old concrete floors. The concrete had been sealed many times with dirt embedded into the sealer. All of the floors had to be stripped using a soy based floor stripper. After stripping the concrete was thoroughly cleaned and sealed with Creto DPS. The penetrating sealer helps increase the bonding ability of the stain and topcoats. The floors were then stained with a water based stain. An epoxy base coat was laid and a two coat gloss urethane sealer (legacy Industrial) was applied over that. The floors came out awesome and are protected form many years to come.
