I take a screenshot from my video editor (adobe premiere pro) or a photo cropped in 16:9 aspect ratio and open it in photoshop. Select my subject (this time was Ethan) and use the wick selection tool then right click “layer via copy” make a fill layer of my desired colour and put it between my background and the subject, lower the opacity till it looks good and add an outer glow & stroke in the “blending options” for my subjects layer. I might actually make a tutorial when I get around to screen recording.
