Viva isn't really a project any more; now it's mostly just a bunch of people who wish they hadn't contributed to viva. Last I heard, the founder had disappeared and nobody else really understood his vision enough to continue with the project. My suspicion is that the founder was sort of a cult leader who never really had a coherent vision.
